Two HEA runway beams sit on the frames. We work out the sections from the loads and design bolted joints, so erection on site takes a few days.
On to the operator platformsThe painter moves with the cage.
Two operator platforms run along the runway. The cage moves up and down, so the painter always works at the height of the surface. A reel holds the hose, a hanging cable brings the power, and no lines run across the floor.
Start the paint passPainting the full length of the car body
Scroll down and the platforms carry the spray along the car. The painter keeps the same distance all the way, and the extraction wall at the back draws off the overspray.

The model shows a paint hall for rail car bodies. We design conveyor lines, chain conveyors, coil transfer lines and paternosters in the same way.
